Devadatta 'Dev' Rajadhyaksha

Dev has over 13 years of experience in finance leadership roles in PE-VC funds. Before founding Serendipity Fund Advisors in 2024, he was the CFO at Lumikai Fund, India’s pioneering interactive media fund. Prior to that, he worked for over a decade as the Finance Controller at Kedaara Capital, India's leading PE fund focused on growth-oriented strategic and minority investments in India.

 

Before entering the PE-VC world, Dev co-founded Maitra & Rajadhyaksha, a boutique tax and advisory firm where he cut his teeth on corporate finance and tax advisory. He has also worked in project management, risk management, and business analysis with Tata Consultancy Services and PSI Data Systems.

Dev is a Chartered Accountant and holds Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Arts degrees from the University of Mumbai.

Outside of work, Dev enjoys quality time with his family, nostalgic road trips with school friends, and writing occasional short stories and articles in Marathi and English. He also collects books published in the former Soviet Union, has co-produced a documentary film on Soviet-era children's literature, and is learning Russian (albeit with limited success so far).
