Komal Jain has over 8 years of experience in fund structuring across India and GIFT IFSC for AIF Category I and II funds, institutional fundraising, fund compliance, financial modelling, valuation, and startup due diligence. She was one of the founding members of We Founder Circle group, which has invested in more than 100+ startups. Before venturing into the startup ecosystem, she worked at a boutique CA firm, where she handled scrutiny and assessment matters under the Income Tax Act.

Komal is a Chartered Accountant (All India Rank 36), holds CFA Level 1 credentials, and has completed B. Com.

Komal enjoys swimming, engaging in spiritual conversations that offer fresh perspectives, and, while not an avid reader, occasionally picks up books for inspiration. She also loves exploring movies and finds joy in painting.
