Akshaya Damle

Akshaya has over 11 years of experience in finance leadership roles in PE-VC funds. Before joining Serendipity, she was the Finance Controller at Iron Pillar Capital. Prior to that, she had succesful stints with Premji Invest and Kedaara Capital.

Akshaya has deep experience in fund setup, fund operations and compliance, investment facilitation, and investor coordination.

Akshaya is a Chartered Accountant and holds Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.

A true zoophilist at heart, she loves to balance her work life with spending time with strays and working for their well-being. She is also actively involved is organizations promoting a carbon-neutral lifestyle.
